Just place your order by 3 pm in the delivery zip code and a local florist will hand-arrange your beautiful gift and deliver the same day. Delivered by a Professional Florist
We deliver flowers, plants, and specialty gifts to almost 100% of the United States and Canada. We can also deliver flowers, worldwide, to more than 150 countries across the globe. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. In most areas of the United States and Canada, orders placed as late as 2 pm in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.
What if the recipient is unavailable?
Residential: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 9 pm.
Businesses: If the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 5 pm.

Changes to your order -
We will be happy to help you change your order prior to delivery. However, if your order is already being delivered or has been delivered, we cannot make any changes.
Please call 1-800-957-1577 to make changes to your order. Please have the order number or the phone number you ordered from available.
Floral Product Options –
We offer more than 500 floral arrangements, plants and gifts on our Web site. These products can be modified based on how much you would like to spend. You have the opportunity to choose from three sizes of products: Regular, Deluxe or Premium arrangement. You'll be given this option on our product page.
Regular arrangements will include the same design, colors, and floral scheme as the bouquet pictured, but at a slightly smaller scale.
Deluxe (the picture shown) bouquets will be arranged as close as possible to the picture you see here on the website.
Premium upgrade will include more beautiful fresh flowers and are designed to enhance the floral variety.
Substitutions –
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
Flowers - In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
Plants - For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
Specialty Gifts - Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
Cancel Order –
We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to delivery. However, if your floral bouquet or gift is out for delivery or already delivered, we are unable to cancel your order. If your order is to be delivered today, please call us at 1-800-957-1577 to see the status of your order.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us. We will either refund your money or redeliver a new product. The choice is yours. Problems are rare, but when they occur, we stand behind our reputation. We are available 24 hours a day.
